I have been to many resorts in Lonavala but this was the best so far... , Amazing service , great room . Meritas resorts are the best in lonavala whichever u choose . Food and quality is really excellent

It was really a wonderful stay with meritas crystal .I find it's worth staying.Mr Mohd.Bilal Manager of fnb service doing along with teem Best job. Really the place is very well mentain. Rooms are very good n clean. Thanks to all staff of crystal resorts.

Assalaamu Alaikum! Polite, Humble and friendly staff....From Manager Mihir to F&B manager Mohammed Bilal to room boy.....Restaurant staff were also very humble....loved it....Mr. Mohammed Bilal spoilt us with variety of breakfast menu and portion size was too good....Every morning woke up to amazing breakfast n yummilcious dinner at t the restaurant....keep it up team Meritas....been to ur meritas adore last time....also in piccadille...this was my first visit in meritas CRYSTAL....loved it...
Just one tequest plzz keep the pool clean n ready for kids my kids were disappointed as they weren't able to use pool....inspite of Requesting everyday...Also washroom shud have handwash or sanitizer!
Room tip: Room with loft/attic for kids

Everyone were great and friendly... From watch man to the cook...
The food taste is finest.
Excellent service and coordination by restaurant manager Mihir and Bilal ... You can talk to them as friends and that's the main part of visiting a new place .
Overall great experience with them. Great team and good leader - Mihir Rane.

Very good hospital itu by crystal staff.. food and service was excellent.. good talent care by saurabh and special thanks to mr bilal.. room are very neat and clear.. font office guys is also nice..Will definitely recoomend to frnds

We took our 5 year girl for a 1 day statycation and thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. Mr. Mihir Rane, a gem of a person, happily upgraded us to a Premium room which was the icing on the cake. The entire staff were masked and ensured all the safety measures and hygiene. Chef Saurabh, was very accomodative and arranged fresh piping hot meal to the room every single time. Breakfast was served to the room and a decent spread with wide options.
Mr. Mohammad Bilal, stunning hospitality. All in all we had a wonderful time.
