Enjoyed the lovely garden and pool area, but housekeeping could be improved. The location was fantastic, close to shopping options. The staff were exceptional, always helpful. The facilities were top-notch, offering great amenities for a comfortable stay. Despite some cleanliness issues, overall a pleasant experience.

paid for executive room for 3 persons but extra bed provided was of cheap quality making noise and too uncomfortable.
hotel was charging in room dining charges at pool side.
pool side menu was Also not available when asked they provided and rats malpractice found.
reception and house keeping staff was good and cooperative.

We visited during second week of October. Lovely experience. The resort location, staff, service, neatness, restaurant food, pool, parking space, room service everything was great.
Location- it is located exactly in the main market where you can explore some local food, pubs, bars.
Food- The restaurant menu was simple yet delicious. The prices were also reasonable. Since the restaurants were compact in space the early morning breakfast rush was handled very effectively.
Rooms - Very neat, clean. Sofa was a bit mossy and could do a vaccum Or change of covers.
Pool- This is the Trump card of the resort. They have a jacuzzi pool plus a normal swim pool which is quite large. They also have their own water park with big and baby water slides and other enjoyment.
