Accommodation was clean & comfortable,Room was specious. Breakfast at hotel was great Served by warm hospitality, Special Thanks to sharmistha in reception & partho in restaurant both were very helpful & polite 😊☺️ we will definitely return here for my next visit👍
Nice Hospitality provided by Debasree . She welcomed us and a marvelous hospitality done by her . They provide us comfort and were very polite.1st time visit in lonavala but not felt like the first visit.stafs are very humble..Seanic beauti from the room is awesome. 😎 Overall it was nice Stay.
I was booked the pool side of your hotel for my anniversary ..... really it was nice experience...me & my family had spend a great evening in United 21 ...Mr Keten nd his team welcome us very well .........food taste awesome service also very nice ....each & every staff very polite Nd helpful
The day outing experience was amezing. Rooms are near and clean. Price are also affordable. Staff Sharmistha and Debasree were very courteous in accomodating us on time. Without all hassels overall it's a 5 out of 5 grade. Thank you United-21.
Very good feel of stay very good environment only place with wave pool staff quite cooperative food is also good location is in the heart of lonavala whole my tour expense was value for money wish to visit the same again and again
