The front desk was cordial and helpful . The spa services are strongly recommended .They are well trained and pleasant .The staff is very enthusiastic and energetic .Although the property was not as per the picture and no elevator ,so had slight discomfort with older members of the family .

Nice stay and good hospitality, in particular by Mr Manish from F&B and Ms Rasika from front desk 🙂
Room was spacious, clean and provided with all standard amenities.
Buffet breakfast is ok with a mix of north and south Indian items.

Citrus hotel is really good to stay with family and has a peaceful environment. One thing I would like to mentioned about the food. It's just Awesome, delicious 😋. Overall loved the experience. Will prefer all my friend to experience it once.thanks Manish & pravin

Citrus hotel as usual excellent because of excellent staff like Pallavi and gaurav.....Palavi did very good spa.Gaurav feel us like our home.... such a nice person....same as reception staff like deepmala and pinky always had a smile on their face.... a good experience with Citrus ..it's a memorable stay.... thank you
