I paid $11,000 for this house up front, several weeks before checking in. On the check-in day while driving in the rain in heavy traffic, a lady at the rental office started calling me demanding that I make some kind of rental security deposit. The cost of the insurance was only $45. Since i had already given them $11,000, I thought they would at least let me get there to take care of this rather than dealing with it while driving in the rain. NO, I had to settle immediately. After looking at my contract, this should have been done 2 days prior to check in. They failed to do their job then harassed me for several hours while I was driving in the rain. Worst rental I have ever experienced. Not only that, the bed linens and pillows (and probably the furniture) came from Goodwill or Motel 6. Can't believe they can get $11,000 for these kind of accommodations. Worse yet, why does Wyndham have such terrible property managers?
