People are helpful, clean, nice. Neighborhood, closer to attractions, good amenities. Situated between Airports. Nice ambience.
It was one of the reasonably priced accomodations in the area. I would love to visit again here, and board games available if you dont wanna go out 😊
Kristina at the front desk was very helpful' I called because of a flight cancellatio and they were still able to hold my reservation even though was not able to arrive until the next day. The room was very clean and decorated nicely. Beds were super comfy!!
Shoutout to Kristina!! Love this hotel and can't wait to come back. The location was fantastic - so convenient and easy to get around. When we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and let us check in early, which was a huge help. The main lobby area has a great, inviting atmosphere. All the staff members I interacted with were super friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. As a first-time visitor to Brooklyn, I'm really glad I chose to stay at the Box House. The combination of the great amenities, convenient location, and wonderful hospitality made it the perfect home base. I would highly recommend the Box House Hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Brooklyn. The attention to detail and commitment to providing an excellent guest experience is evident throughout the property. I look forward to returning on my next visit to the area.
We arrived very jet lagged so retired early in the surprisingly spacious and stylishly decorated room (photograpy themed), we had been upgraded. Very comfortable bed.
We took a glorious walk early next morning on deserted streets before the heat. We wolfed down doughnuts and bran muffins from the nearby Peter Pan Donut & Pastry shop as we returned. We had plenty of room for the great breakfast with plenty of fruit and pancakes. A lovely few hours reading on the balcony in the room before we checked out. Definitely worth a return and longer stay.
Convenient location and outstanding customer service. Our arrival was delayed because of a Delta flight cancellation. Spoke with the manager, Dennise, about our situation. Dennise was very understanding, sympathetic and accommodating. She turned a stressful situation into a pleasant one!
