Justice checked us in and was extremely helpful with the check in process. He even went ahead and upgraded our room! The front desk overall was extremely helpful, gave us towels, tissues and water.

The room we stayed in was simply beautiful. Very well designed and comfortable. One of the best parts of the trip was the amazing staff. The front desk agents were so friendly and helpful especially Angelina. We kept her busy but she was a real trooper about it. Thanks for a once in a lifetime experience. We stayed for pride weekend and a concert in Brooklyn. We showed up early without calling and they had no problem accommodating us. Kristina was absolutely amazing! She greeted us with a smile, bottle of water, and got us right up to our room. Great way to start my wife’s birthday weekend! Would recommend to anyone staying in Brooklyn!!!
Hotel and staff was friendly! It is clean and immaculate. It is my friend’s birthday and they gave us a free bottle of wine how sweet, the hospitality is really top tier here! They were also able to accommodate us when we came early as well, highly recommend!
