We had a great stay at Patric’s place in Brooklyn. I was visiting my daughter who was attending a summer program at Pratt Institute and the location was perfect. The room was private, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and there was minimal noise at night. Window AC unit worked well. Patric was kind and accommodating and met with us personally upon arrival to give us keys and info on the neighborhood. We only saw the other renter that shares the bathroom and kitchen space one time and he was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We loved visiting beautiful Fort Greene Park and the nearby Bittersweet bakery every morning. It’s a nice 30-40 minute walk over to Brooklyn Bridge Park and the subway is very close as well. All in all, it’s a great place to stay and we would definitely book this spot again.
We had a wonderful time. The apartment is spacious and very clean. Patric was very accommodating as I had to change my date last minute.
The neighborhood is lovely, tree lined streets Fort Greene Park. Excellent food all within a few blocks!
My fiancé and I spent four nights at Patric's place last month.
Patric is brilliant! Communication was always informative and quick.
The apartment is spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean and very well looked after.
There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance and Patric was helpful in pointing out the best places to check out.
The apartment was perfect for us to use as a base for exploring Brooklyn, and there are a number of subways that'll get you anywhere you want to go in the city.
I can't recommend the apartment enough!
Great location. Great host. Plethora of amenities. One doesn't always get the kind of care from other Airbnb spots that we received from Patric. From the greeting and introduction about the neighborhood to the snacks, drinks, towels and general concern for cleanliness and orderliness, it was very clear, straight from the beginning, that we would be comfortable with our choice to stay there. Shared bathroom and kitchen (with everything needed to cook if need be) but this never felt strained. In fact, we never even saw the long term tenant whom we shared them with. One thing that might be considered a hassle for some was that the nearby metro stations were all around ten minutes walk away. At the same time, I must stress that the amount of train options involved greatly made up for that. Really central location. If you want to get into Manhattan there is an express train that can bring you there in one stop. Not to mention, Patric's apartment is a couple minutes walk to Fort Greene Park. In a nutshell, this is a great choice. Wonderful spot in a delightful neighborhood!
Had a wonderful opportunity to visit one of the finest hidden gems New York has to offer in Fort Greene. Staying at this lovely one bed rental allowed me not only maximum comfort but convenience to reach any metro headed toward the city. The commute is no more than 15minutes to lower manhattan but honestly, most of my nights were spent eating in the Brooklyn neighborhood. Local restaurants bring much of what some may say the city is missing, a close knit family ambiance. Look first to my trip back!
