Excellent all round. Very professional and friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. We will return next month! Great location on Rittenhouse Square. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast and service. Fabulous views across the city.
The Rittenhouse Hotel provides Five Star service, from the first moment we arrived up to the minute of driving away after check out, and every minute in between. The staff goes out of their way to make us feel at home. The location is perfect, at Philadelphia's premier square and adjacent to the upscale Walnut Street shopping blocks, with a plethora of great restaurants also in walking distance. A favorite hotel of ours. We already have our next stay booked.
Great hotel! The staff was great and accommodating! Coco, front desk agent, was great at check in. She was so friendly with my kids, something that’s always appreciated when traveling with kids! Vincent, the door attendant, was also great and played around with my son to make him feel welcomed. Definitely a great short trip for us!
My fiance and I stayed at the Rittenhouse on her birthday for a little getaway and had an amazing time. The hotel staff and service was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special. They sent champagne to our room and were incredibly accommodating. The rooms and facilities were very clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Philly!
Amazing hotel with a great location. The views of the Rittenhouse park are excellent. The lobby is gorgeous, the people are friendly and the beds are super comfy. Traveled for business and the internet and service with superb. Great experience and looking forward to going back again.
