Our stay at the Rittenhouse was a wonderful treat and experience. It was a short visit but there are so many great memories from our stay. The staff was friendly, accommodating and very welcoming. An example how the staff tries hard to please all guests: a staff member was wheeling towels down the hallway, saw that my wife and I were heading to the elevator. As he passed the elevator, he pressed down. When we arrived at the elevator, the doors opened on cue. Something small but appreciated. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Our two meals were delicious, the service was timely, efficient and warm. The view from our room was breathtaking and what we both wanted to see. We enjoyed our stay immensely and we will make it a tradition to return and be pampered again.

We loved this hotel. Wonderful location, accommodations, and amenities and exceptional staff. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, from our very late , middle of the night arrival until we got into the Uber to the airport. For us, it was a big splurge and worth every penny.

The facility is top in Philadelphia and especially on Rittenhouse Square. Brought our pet dog and accommodations were excellent. Treated like royalty. Staff was excellent and breakfast - very good. View of the fireworks from room was excellent with the fireworks not bothering our pet.
