Sean was very helpful, helped me with a room key issue. Otherwise stay was great, amazing location. Breakfast was solid, pool was small but kids like it. No parking, but there is a garage next door, expensive but worth the convenience for me.

This a budget option which would suit young families. For anything else, or if the rooms prices are high when you're looking, stay elsewhere.
The location is fantastic.
The rooms are large and have a full sized fridge/freezer, which was really loud. They also have a very loud A/C, so don't choose this place if you're a light sleeper.
The breakfast was awful and they don't cope with a large number of guests. My first morning was ok, but the Sunday & Monday mornings there was a very long queue and the hot food items (which was horrible anyway) were gone, so I just had a banana & cupcake!
The elevators were a massive problem. One morning all three of them stopped working and we had to take the emergency stairs. The next day 2 were back in action, but I stood there on the 9th floor watching both of them go up from Lobby to the 7th floor, then return to Lobby two or three times, before one of them came up the 9th.
The digital key worked well, except in one elevator.
Another issue was the cleaning staff who utilised one of the 2 working elevators. one time they stopped at every single floor and one of them stood in the door waiting for their colleagues to go do something at every floor! I've never experienced this in a hotel elevator before.

Great location in the heart of Philly. Near the convention center, Chinatown, city hall, and walking distance to the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Rodin Museum and the Liberty Bell. The hotel was a great choice for the longer work trip I was on, with a gym, washing machine, and small in-room kitchenette.
The elevators did start to break down when the hotel was at max capacity, sometimes down to 1 of 3 working. However, since there are only 9 floors, it wasn't that bad. All guests dealt with it patiently. The cleaning was sometimes hit or miss - but one cleaner, Diana V, always did a fantastic job.
