A Find. For the price of a single room at a hotel you get a bedroom, living room and kitchen. Beautiful decor. Lovely staff.

And still as good. Location is very convenient for the convention centre & Reading Terminal Market, and it was an easy walk to the historic area. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment (we ended up with a 2 bedroom, thank you Roost!) was spacious, with 2 bathrooms, a very efficient washer and dryer and large lounge. And an effective AC!

Roost East Market is in a great location. You can easily walk to Old Philadelphia, The LOVE statue, tons of restaurants, and Reading Market. The accommodations were clean and spacious. The couch wasn’t the most comfortable, but we didn’t spend much time in the room, so it didn’t matter to us. The staff were friendly & helpful. The amenities lounge was gorgeous. There is a public parking garage beneath the building that had competitive rates and was easy to access.

The location great right by Lowes where many conferences occur. Also the apartments are spacious with great amenities from pool to business center and you dont miss anything that a normal has to offer because there's front desk staff for check in, check out and other requests 24/7.

This is a remarkable property. The rooms are well appointed, clean and very quiet. Every detail has been considered. Mauviel cookware…..are you kidding me? It would have been nice to have a sponge to wash dishes, but that is a minor detail. The amenities floor is like a dream. The free La Colombe coffee machine was a nice perk. Pool was lovely, especially on the weekdays when it was empty. So many spaces to lounge and relax.
