As a titanium lifetime member of Marriott I had high hopes for this property. The room was slightly dirty with a faint smell of smoke but I can forgive that. Upon arrival the smoke alarms went off. Exiting the hotel meant going down one of the dirtiest stairwells filled with cigarettes, trash, and general unclealiness. Again forgivable BUT what I can't forgive is the terrible customer service. Upon reviewing my folio after checkout I noticed a hotel restaurant breakfast charge. I called the hotel to inquire as I knew I didn't have said breakfast. I finally received the actual so called signed receipt. Firstly there is no signature. Only a first name---mine which btw is a common name and room numbers crossed off. The time of receipt is After i left the hotel (how do i know this, i had an in person meeting starting before the timestamp on the receipt). Back and forth has commenced and they have refused to acknowledge and refund me. Don't stay here, stay down the street.
