This hotel was exactly what we needed. We came to Philadelphia to visit our son at school. The hotel was beautiful and we were able to rest and get out there and see the city. The staff was helpful and friendly. The trip was so much better because we had a comfortable place to stay. Perfect!
Travelling from UK, prepaid for 3 nights but when our flight was cancelled we arrived 24 hours late. I contacted the hotel to tell them we'd be delayed, but when we got there, they had cancelled our booking and resold the room! They had no availablility and we had to find another hotel at short notice. They said we'd get our money back, but have since said otherwise and refuse to reimburse anything! Terrible experience, staff weren't really interested in helping us - AVOID!
I recently had the pleasure of being served by Tasha, and I have to say she made one of the best Manhattans I’ve ever had! Her attention to detail and craftsmanship really stood out. The balance of flavors was perfect, and she took the time to ensure every aspect was just right. On top of her great bartending skills, Tasha was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even more enjoyable with her warm personality. I’ll definitely be back, thanks to her exceptional service! Highly recommend.
