The hotel was beautiful, great location. Lobby bar was fun for evening cocktails. We were upgraded to a suite, which was very nice & very spacious. All the staff was helpful and pleasant. I wanted to leave a review to give special thanks to our bellhop Dominic. We had a small blip with our room at check-in and he was great throughout that process, and friendly when we bumped into him during our stay. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Dominic!

The hotel is in an excellent location. It is place in one of the best area of Philadelphia.
We found all of the facilities you can expect about a Sofitel Hotel.
The room was really nice and the staff was always kind and helpful.

Good and convenient location. Pleasant interaction with their employees. The room was large, nicely decorated and quiet. The restaurant was good and the breakfast excellent. I enjoyed my stay there.

The Sofitel Philadelphia at Ritternhouse Square provided a convenient home base for our recent visit. Perfect location. Great cocktails in the bar. Friendly, efficient service. Any questions we had were answered promptly and with a smile! Highly recommend!

I love this sofitel. Great Location, Nice Bar in the lobby. Staff are great. I have had aryamal(might be misspelled0 and a lovelly young lady next to him. Very nice and superb service. Room is a nice size and immaculate. We have stayed before and will be back. The breakfast cafe is excellent.
