Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were excellent. Great view from our room on the 31st floor. Everything was updated despite it being an old hotel. It had that old hotel feel and atmosphere but not old hotel features.
Only negatives were food service. Very busy coffee shop - and only ONE coffee option in the mornings. No option for dark roast, medium roast, light roast. Seriously? It's a very busy place so one would think there would be options. The breakfast sandwich was horrible - we tossed it in the trash after two bites. We only had breakfast in the restaurant our last day. We were going to order from the menu but our server was so slow and inattentive we finally got up and got the buffet which was twice as much as ordering from the menu. The breakfast buffet was good but at $32/per person it's way overpriced (sadly most are this way). There are probably better and cheaper options away from the hotel.
