The staff at the front desk were so helpful and kind. You are greeted with drinks and a comfortable sofa with soft pillows. My experience with the hotel itself feels like I’m living in luxury. The music that was playing was great in a way it compliments the hotel itself

Great staff. Dashawn’s F. was incredibly kind and showed amazing hospitality. It is super comfortable and a very nice environment to relax in. It has a sleek modern feel and great music! The lobby was lovely and I loved the high ceilings and the sun roofs.

Top tier service. Very nice and a great experience for me and my classmates. Gave pretzels and incredibly kind. Showed superb hospitality and made me feel the utmost welcomed. Absolutely extravagant care. Building was nice and modernized and well taken care of.

This hotel is First Class in Customer Service. From James who checked us in to Aaron's fantasic breakfast omelettes. Nicole, Tonya, and David were also friendly, conversational and helpful. We loved our time at this hotel. Rooms were like new, bed was comfortable and they gave us extra pillows when requested. Would highly recommend!

My stay at the Sheraton downtown for an engineering conference was exceptional. From the moment I spoke with Ms. Dottie, I was impressed by her professionalism and kindness. She facilitated an early check-in, provided valuable food and transportation recommendations, and ensured a smooth transition.
Upon arrival, Ms. Dottie's warm welcome and offer of assistance were truly appreciated. Tyresse, the check-in agent, was equally professional and helpful, suggesting the nearby cheesesteak restaurant and providing essential amenities. Ms. Shawna’s willingness to assist my daughter with printing her resume while handling check-in was a kind gesture. Finally, Ms. Stella at the restaurant provided excellent service with a smile and laughter.
While I didn’t have much time to fully enjoy the room, I was impressed by its modern design and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. I’m eager to return to the Sheraton downtown on my next visit to Philly and experience its warm hospitality once again.
