I was here due to a family member being admitted to the hospital which is already stressful. First thing i noticed was the prices are good compared to other places around. They explained in detail what charges are upfront without any surprises. Next thing is the customer service went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable on my stay and were able to be flexible on dates and check out times which was one less stress factor i needed to worry about. I would personally like to thank Romy Martes, Tammy Rose and Anthony Brandon. They helped me through all of my questions and concerns. They made sure everything was being done correctly and the empathy and compassion they showed for our situation and us made us feel like we were with family. If i am in need of a hotel stay this will be my first choice.

The ladies on the 20 th floor in Club room took great care of us at breakfast both mornings. Food was hot, varied and delicious. Self serve, latte machine was great touch and snack availability was appreciated. Included with room rate, beautiful view over Eagles stadium too.

Service is top-notch, very friendly. Teresa, Margaret and Jackie are gems. I went up to the lounge prior to an early flight to get coffee (prior to their breakfast window), and they greeted me with good banter and laughs. The room was about average for this level of hotel. The front desk staff are great too.
