Very nice hotel. Clean and updated. Staff at front desk were very helpful with restaurant recommendations (Landmark American Grill) and help with train arrangements. Shout out to Jonathan at the front desk. Very kind and friendly. Housekeeping staff were very helpful with a broken suitcase.

We’ve stayed at the Sheraton University City Hotel so many times over the years, it’s starting to feel like a second home! It’s clean and comfortable, and we really appreciate the warmth of the staff. They've been amazing! We are met with smiles every time we stay here. Nicole has been absolutely terrific, often working behind the scenes to make sure our stays are comfortable. It was great to be able to connect with Chris ahead of our visit. He made sure to reserve a room on a higher floor with our preferred view, which we really appreciated! Anthony, Montrose, Tyrae, Chris, and Nezha at the front desk were wonderful, as usual, and asked how our family has been since our last visit. Everyone was very hospitable and just genuinely nice! The hotel is planning a major renovation, so Anthony offered to take us on a tour of the new model room, which is very bright, modern, and functional. When our card key wasn’t working, Jessie from Housekeeping confirmed with the supervisor Katrina that it was ok to open the room to allow us to put our luggage inside while we ran back to the front desk to have the cards re-keyed. The hotel offers a really nice buffet breakfast in their ballroom during family weekends for the local universities, and we were welcomed with smiles and hugs by the Club Lounge staff, including Jackie, Theresa, and Margaret. All of the Club Lounge staff are incredible and always make us feel at home! The entire team at the Sheraton has always been focused on making our stays comfortable, and that’s the reason we keep coming back!

Our family spent 3 days October 25-27 at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the time you walked in the front door. I’d like to acknowledge several staff that provided exceptional service. - Teresa, and Margaret - service personnel, Tyree - front desk, Cindy- housekeeping. They had the time to chat with you and made sure our needs were met. This is what all hotels should provide for the guests.

The hotel offers a very comfortable stay. What makes the difference is the breakfast, because of the people who take care of it, and of you too, of course. Teresa, Margaret, Jackie and Sharon are the sweetest at serving breakfast for you. Stay in this hotel just for them.

Stayed at the hotel for parents weekend. Location and vibe are excellent. I wanted to give a special shout out to Teresa Margaret.
