The hotel offers a very comfortable stay. What makes the difference is the breakfast, because of the people who take care of it, and of you too, of course. Teresa, Margaret, Jackie and Sharon are the sweetest at serving breakfast for you. Stay in this hotel just for them.

Stayed at the hotel for parents weekend. Location and vibe are excellent. I wanted to give a special shout out to Teresa Margaret. She went above and beyond to help my family out with getting checked in recommendations of places to eat and specific request for hot tea for my mother-in-law. Teresa is a gem!!

We visited the hotel on 10/25/24 and had a nice conversation in the lobby with Margaret and Teresa. Both employees very friendly, fun to talk to and knowledgable about the area. They also had Philadelphia soft pretzels and drinks between 4-5 in lobby. Thank you!

Went to Sheraton University City, arrived at 8:45 am assuming that I would need to leave my bag at the concierge. Nezha was at the desk and checked me in early, and was thoughtful enough to think about whether the room would be disturbed by construction noise. Smooth trip and very helpful staff.

We stay at the Sheraton University City very often when we visit our son who is in college here in Philadelphia. At this point, we only stay at this Sheraton.
Everyone here is so friendly and accommodating. From the front desk team to the hospitality team, everyone is very welcoming and friendly. I’d like to particularly thank Theresa, Jackie, and Margaret. They do an incredible job in hospitality and in the Club Lounge. We always look forward to seeing this team and they always make our visits very special. We are treated like family here and we appreciate all that the team does for us.
