Comfortable hotel, clean, quiet. Close to UPENN Hospital.
Booked two nights with points. Change of plans and needed to cancel the second night. Turns out they canceled the first night. First desk clerk told me I needed to go online with Bonvoy to straighten it out. After a fair amount of anguish and confusion, the other desk attendant picked up on my frustration and spent several minutes straightening out my reservation. The attendant’s name was Tyrae. I couldn’t express my appreciation enough for his extra support and attention.
