I’m visiting Philly with family and this has been a wonderful trip. The Sheraton is in a prime safe location with nearby restaurants and things to do. I had the time to work out at the gym, and enjoy breakfast in the Club lounge. Margaret from Jamaica, Teresa and Jackie were very hospitable in the club lounge and made sure I ate well. Anthony and Tyrae at the front desk shared great places to go eat at in the evening. So even though the hotel is being remodeled, the staff makes all the difference. Thank you all.

The Sheraton University City was a great place to stay. Prime location near Penn & Drexel. I especially appreciated the lovely conversation with Margaret, Jackie, and Teresa everyone morning at breakfast. Their positivity was infectious and the perfect way to start the day (while also serving up a delightful breakfast in the lounge.)

I absolutely enjoyed my 2 day stay at the Sheraton. We were greeted by Christopher Santiago, Feint Desk Agent and he was the absolute best! He was so accommodating of met all of mine and my parents needs, He made our early check-in process smoother than I’ve had it go and even walked me through the next phase of my upgrade process. I would highly recommend this hotel whether here on business or vacation. The wi-fi works great and it’s close to everything.

I also need to give a shout out to the evening Agent or Manager, Tye. He introduced me to the foodie selections in and around Philadelphia as well as provided some interesting landmarks to visit.

Overall, the staff were all super friendly, the hotel is undergoing a transformation, I.e., the pool was closed for renovations and the hotel is a little older than I like, but it was a great stay and they are working to improve the overall aesthetics of the hotel, so I was pleased.
