I absolutely enjoyed my 2 day stay at the Sheraton. We were greeted by Christopher Santiago, Feint Desk Agent and he was the absolute best! He was so accommodating of met all of mine and my parents needs, He made our early check-in process smoother than I’ve had it go and even walked me through the next phase of my upgrade process. I would highly recommend this hotel whether here on business or vacation. The wi-fi works great and it’s close to everything.

I also need to give a shout out to the evening Agent or Manager, Tye. He introduced me to the foodie selections in and around Philadelphia as well as provided some interesting landmarks to visit.

Overall, the staff were all super friendly, the hotel is undergoing a transformation, I.e., the pool was closed for renovations and the hotel is a little older than I like, but it was a great stay and they are working to improve the overall aesthetics of the hotel, so I was pleased.

The room was very clean and the staff is beyond helpful and friendly. Jonathan, at the front desk, always greeted us with a smile and helped us with all of our questions and needs. The location is perfect for us. Restaurants are within walking distance and so is CHOP (our reason for coming here).

My family and I had a wonderful stay there. We had to move our kid in to his univesrsity so it was quite a stressful time. The staff there, especially Jonathan (front desk), Margaret and Theresa (food services) were very plesasnt to deal with. They went out of their way to acccomodate oftent times our last minute requests. Thank you for making our stay less stressful. Keep up the good work
