Ty, the front desk agent made our stay great!

Ty, the front desk agent, was by far the best front desk agent I’ve ever met and I traveled all over the world. We had a very difficult time getting here—flight canceled, luggage lost, etc. and he made sure we were taken care of. Every time we needed something, he was there to help. I think he should be a corporate trainer for Sheraton/Marriott as he is that good. Thank you Ty for a great stay!

This is What Every Sheraton Was Like Before Bonvoy

Nestled on the University of Pennsylvania campus, I was greeted cheerfully by Nezha. She's from Rabat, the capital city of Morocco. While sharing some pleasant conversation, she let me know I had been upgraded to this corner suite on the Club Floor. I have some amazing views and am relaxing for the night, which I needed after being on the go for two weeks. The trip from the airport was interesting. I skipped the airport express train, taking a bus and then a tram. Looking forward to a great week of professional development at the National Constitution Center.

Room tip: Two blocks from St. Agnes-St. James Catholic Church, where Mass is celebrated daily.

Convenient to UPenn

Room was pretty standard hotel room. We did have a nice view of the UPenn campus from the 10th floor.

Two issues: an old bar of open, used soap was left in the shower. Also, no complimentary breakfast with the price of the hotel per night is unacceptable.

Staff was friendly.
Parking was convenient, but pricey.

Overall, location to UPenn is what makes this hotel worth it.

Good stay

Good location to access UPenn, children’s hospital and city center are well. Rooms were comfortable and clean and they brought us extra pillows and blankets on request. Nezha at the reception was super helpful and a very gracious host. Thank you, Nezha!

Wonderful employees make the stay pleasant

If we are staying here it means we are visiting CHOP for my son's yearly specialist appointment which is not a happy reminder. But we insist on staying at the Sheraton due to Tammy and Tyrae at the front desk and Jackie in the lounge/continental breakfast. Tammy and Tyrae always seem happy to see us, help in whatever way they can, and just chat if they have the time. Jackie sends you off with a pleasant smile after keeping the breakfast well stocked, fresh, tasty, and CLEAN. People like this make all the difference and they are a bright spot in a usually unpleasant trip.

I was a comfortable and content guest!

Oh my word! What an experience! I went to breakfast just to see Mrs. Jackie smile every morning. Along with that, the 3 breakfast ladies, Jackie, Teresa, and Margaret were absolutely a joy to chat with. They had such an amazing dis position that was consistent and genuine. The ladies were sure to greet and thank the guests as the came and left and kept the dining area in such a clean manner. Thank you ladies for your kindness. Then there was Neetzah (probably misspelled her name….sorry)….thanks Neetzah for making sure the coffee in the evening was on point. Oh and….for the coffee tip….Decaf Cappuccino, regular expresso! Also the housekeeping on floor 10 was kind.
