Exceptional stay

We do travel a lot, but staying at Belleclaire was our best experience ever! It was like going home. Exceptional welcome by a handwritten card, incredible professionalism, and warmth of the front desk staff - every question answered, every need met, every direction given. We would particularly like to thank a true jewel of the team- Joelle. Her smile, care, and a hand- made farewell card made our stay at Belleclaire a very very special indeed. We can not thank everyone enough. Next time in NYC- we will be coming home to Belleclair :) .

Shanies at front desk was awesome!!

Shanies at the front desk was awesome! So helpful and kind. Helped me figure out my reservation when there was some initial confusion. My room was tiny and looked half finished it was so sparse, but got the job done. Cafe can get crowded in the morning so get there early!

Awesome experience

Awesome place! So clean and convenient everywhere. Shoutout to Shannies who was so nice and generous. The vouchers for cafe next door and walking tours only added to our experiences here. Will definitely come back again for family, business or trips with friends.

Amazing staff!

If you want great people, this is the hotel for you! Michael R in reservations took care of me from day 1 planning ahead for me and then when I arrived we had a minor situation with our first room and JV was incredibly kind to us and not only found us another room on a sold out Saturday night, but upgraded us to one that is absolutely AMAZING and then took us up to it personally to make sure all was good. As I continued my stay all staff from the doorman to the front desk to restaurant were so kind and helpful and really made me feel welcome. Joelle even found me a much needed glass of wine when the restaurant was closed and she was exceptionally kind to me.

In addition to the great people this hotel is charming, location is great, and has in house restaurant and little French cafe!

I am coming back to stay again later this month and very much look forward to it. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to upper west side.

Good Experience

Good service, cleanliness, good breakfasts, Bar service very nice, comfort, central location and friendly service, and beautiful building.

Very close to all attractions, transportation and airports.

If I would stay here again.
