First time staying with AKA and loved it. The hotel location is just perfect - we love to walk and it’s great for that. But also plenty of subway access if needed. The terrace on our suite truly made it feel like we were living in the city and was lovely to relax on for a little respite! The hotel is aimed at those who enjoy their freedom and independence, but the staff are always on hand to help if you need it or just to say hello as you come and go! We had the mini kitchen in our suite, but it was still well equipped for what we wanted. The weekly cleaning was also no problem for us - as the team will change bins etc if needed in between. No probs at all. Highly recommend the hotel and look forward to staying again in the future!

Stayed here for 5 days this week. It’s very fairly priced, with friendly staff and in a great location. Large room with an enormous bed and small kitchenette, the only negative is that there isn’t a hob and one day there was no WiFi. Overall highly recommended.

I stayed in NY for a surgery. The acommodations are incredible, the service very good but we had to ask everyday for clean towels and that is boring. The cafe is very nice. We left early so we had to carry the suitcases to the lobby but U was with my mom and son.
Overall is a four star location because after covid is full but administration is lowering costs.
