I checked in at the New York Marriott Rogers Fairfield Inn on July 1st. I originally planned to stay until July 7th, but I slept until after 8pm on July 1st. I found bed bugs on the sheets and they were swollen with blood. I ran to the front desk and was asked to leave. Room, I lost my clothes. I woke up at around 7 o'clock on July 2 and found that my right arm was bitten again. I was so angry that I went to the front desk and asked for a refund. The other party (a new employee) told me that the supervisor would not come until 8:30 and that he would come to me later, and he was completely There is no medicine. The front desk refunded the deposit and the room fee was US$1,197.97. Another supervisor emailed me that it would be refunded in 3-7 days, but it was not refunded until 7/11 (I had already inquired with the bank). I contacted the hotel and booking on 7/11, but no one gave me any response. Very bad experience.
