We arrived around 8:30 pm, check-in was a breeze with a friendly staff. The concierge unloaded our vehicle, took it to our room and unloaded for us as well! The valet parked our car for a completely smooth check-in process.

We booked a king room with pull out couch and kitchen. Very spacious for 3 adults. The refrigerator had an ice maker but it didn't work, the ice machine was on the lower level at the laundry room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, but the pull out couch was not. Also, whoever sleeps on the pull out couch has the A/C blowing more on that side of the room. The air conditioner works wonderfully and was much appreciated after walking all day in Manhattan.

The breakfast area was crowded and warm, but a great variety of food was offered. The elevators were very busy during the breakfast hours.

The hotel is in a very good location. We walked to Times Square, Macy's, the Empire State Building, took a Lyft to the Broadway Show but walked back to the hotel. Would stay here again.

Stayed for 4 nights, 6/4 -6/8. Checkin was easy and I even got into my room early. Had double corner room. Room was spacious with a full kitchen, nice bathroom and 2 double beds. Room was clean. Plenty of towels provided. Drawers and closet space enough for my stay. Had housekeeping in every day. Location was great near Bryant Park and near Times Square but out of the craziness. Front desk staff was helpful. Breakfast was good and breakfast area was always kept clean. Elevators were a little slow but never crowded. So overall a great stay. Would stay here again.

This hotel location is fabulous! For the price, this is an amazing value and I would stay here again. We stayed 4 nights and the staff was always super friendly and helpful..The location is across from Bryant Park, Whole Foods, and close to subway locations, very walkable to anywhere you would want to go. The breakfast was truly wonderful with tons of choices, more than most when breakfast is provided at Marriotts. The elevators can get a bit busy, but mainly noticed it during breakfast hours. The rooms were good, indicative of some age but well maintained.
