NO stars at all. terrible. It's dirty. Everything in the lobby looks normal, but when you're in the elevator, the elevator is dirty. When you enter the elevator you can already smell. When you walk into the room a cigarette smell and hair all over the floor. The floor was very dirty, sticky very greasy. When walking you can feel that the floor is very slippery and sticky. terrible experience. No recommend. Take a look at how they respond to the reviews. They don't want to solve the problem at all. So Sad.

Simply because I was going to Manhattan for training. I thought the hotel was new. Should be not a problem... I never expected it to be so dirty.

1) Dirty stained floor

2) AC not functioning- Electrician tried to fix - just a bit better, on one of the hottest day

3) No ice jug in room/ no ice dispenser on floor. Have to go to the lobby for ice but nothing to put ice in.

4) A wet coffee pod in room, 3 sugar packs and nothing to stir if coffee could be made.

5) No iron or iron board in room.

6) Coffee in lobby area with no coffee to brew ( front desk gentleman says it’s his 1st day and he did not know where the coffee is kept).

7) Pictures online are extremely deceptive.

This is the worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. Miserable stay.

The hotel is modern well kept & very clean. Staff is great. Reasonably priced. View was not as expected from a lower floor ... but is the least problem of a stay at a well kept hotel. On-site parking is provided so you can totally relax on your trip.
