Thinking about our recent visit to Motto puts a smile on my face. Really pretty well furnished and with a wonderful scent when you walk in.
The Hotel. Staff was extraordinary. Winnie was our favorite helpful and so knowledgeable and sweet. The room was small but ergonomically brilliantly designed. For two elderly guests who are used to larger spaces it was a great experience. Loved the touch less elevators.
Overall wonderful place to stay that is a perfect location for Theater goers.

Checked in was a breeze. I was able to have an early checked in. Room was great and does the job.
My biggest concern is the room temperature. It doesn't cool properly. Having a long bus trip from Toronto and been roaming NUC the whole day, I was looking forward to have a good sleep. However, this was ruined by how warm the room is as my room was sun facing in the afternoon. I have contacted the reception staff but they said it is the same for all room and has not even offered any further help.
Very disappointed!

I knew the room was going to be small but not that small, and the hanging space located almost above the sink was ridiculous. The so called daily ‘destination fee’ of $30 plus tax seems like a rip off. I asked if we could opt out of that but was told it was mandatory!? It included 2 bottles of water per day, wafers, ear plugs! (presumably because of the noisy air conditioning and thin walls), $10 food and bev daily credit for two of us, 1 daily citibike rental and 1 daily crunch fitness pass. We are seniors so the last two had limited appeal!
With one exception, the staff were nice but I would not make a reservation there again.
