Hot & Spicy in the Middle of Everywhere

Albeit in a very busy avenue, you find inner peace in the beautifully decorated Rooms.
Security and reception are very friendly.
The creativity is to be noticed everywhere.
Only missed my great Cafe au Lait with a nice Baguette & Beurre de Vache 🤔.

Very Lovely Place to stay in NY

What makes the difference between a good hotel or an awesome hotel is often the staff - I have to say this was my experience- all the staff are brilliant but Dylan is so genuine and down to earth - his attention to detail is impressive- thank you Dylan you are brilliant and we appreciate you ❤️

Room tip: The lifts are slow allowance extra 10 min to get anywhere

We stayed three nights at the Margaritaville Time Square, and we had an excellent time! The hotel's theming is beautiful and fun. The staff is super friendly. Housekeeping does an amazing job! Our room was kept spotlessly clean. The restaurants are great. If you are going to the theatre, you can't beat the location. We have stayed in this hotel before, and we will definitely return.

Location is convenient to many areas. Very busy as would be expected. Rooms are small but also very clean. The bathroom door is silly, it slides but leaves a gap that you can see people on the toilet if you are standing at a certain angle, we avoided that angle! Not enough space to hang up towels after use but the towels are big and very nice, by far the best hotel towels I’ve ever had. Staff were helpful and very nice. Travelled with two teens and spouse.

Room tip: I never felt unsafe, there was a fight outside the hotel one evening and the police response was the fastest I’ve ever seen.

What a wonderful place to stay for a few days in nyc. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was small but had all the essentials. Best things: rooftop bar (amazing views of the city and strong drinks); outdoor pool (complete with frozen margaritas); and transportation (hotel offered service to airport - at lower price than cab or Uber and I felt I had a mini tour in the process). Location great for theater, restaurants, Times Square.

Lots of pluses to this hotel. It’s very clean, the theming is really fun, and the rooftop pool is a real treat. The location is good, if the hustle and bustle of Times Square and 7th Av is what you’re after. No markdown for small rooms, as they’re all small in New York!
If I’m honest staff were OK but we had barely any interaction. The reception staff especially were not hugely welcoming, if I’m honest; they were mainly talking to each other. I’m not usually put off by that sort of thing as I reckon we’re all humans and can’t be on it all the time, but I mention it as the contrast was kinda stark compared to the welcome you get in other places in NYC.
One main downside: As others have said: yes, the elevator situation is… annoying. Basically, they take an age, and as the hotel does so much to encourage non-guests onto the premises - which is understandable, given the foot traffic past the building- this does mean frequent queues just to get onto an elevator. And even when you do, certain elevators don’t go to certain floors 🤦‍♀️ no option to take the the stairs - it was just a pain. Even getting through the front door can be an ordeal, as they have staff outside with leaflets for special offers for the restaurant, so the door gets blocked.
All in all, this wasn’t a massive inconvenience and didn’t ruin the trip or anything, but it would make me think twice about staying again.
