The Conrad is such a cool hotel tucked away on a calm street in a nice neighborhood in FI-DI. The suites are huge and the service is very good. Being away from the crowds of mid town is such a treat. I wish the bar was more modern and nicer. For such a high end property it’s a rather pedestrian bar. Not much selection and the room has low ceilings and it’s somewhat depressing. Other than that one quirk, the hotel is a home run every time.

Went for NYC day trip to take Staten Island Ferry and explore downtown....
Richard at desk gave us an early checkin ...(acknowledged our Hilton status).....and offered suggestions for our day trip....right person for front desk
Shout out to Gabrial and Solomon at the front entrance.. pleasant and helpful
Room (suite)clean ....secure... well appointed....comfortable (fresh water dispenser)
Resturant open area..... wait staff attentive....fun experience
Will return for longer stay.....enjoyed amenties and local area...another area of NYC to explore

I had the best hotel experience I've ever had at the Conrad! Me and my family were so well taken care of by the staff. It was hard to leave the hotel to explore NYC because it was that nice, cozy and pristine!

This hotel is a corporate hotel and is fine for 1-2 nights. The rooms are nice, showers are good but the hotel lacks a bit of soul. Additionally, we were woken up,at 2 am by very loud conversations in the room next to us. Restaurant at hotel is ok, Room service… I called , they asked if they could call me back and then told me my breakfast order (simple) would take an hour to deliver. Doesn’t feel like 5 star service.
