Really great staff - from the front desk to the restaurants, I really appreciated everyone. The food was great. Cool lounge. Great location.
I had to change rooms 2x - once was because the blinds were closed and wouldn't open. We would have to be in the dark if we stayed there.
My review is really based on the room design and how impractical it was. So there are 2 choices of rooms - regular or accessible. Regular is just that - no grab bars in the shower, nothing. So when you're traveling with an ambulatory elderly person, you have to think about safety. The only alternative was accessible which literally was designed for wheelchairs. The room itself, bed comfort, etc great. But what's the point of having an accessible bathroom when there is water everywhere and a total fall hazard? I recommend that the management actually stay in one of these rooms and realize how impractical it is. There is no way to shower without holding the detachable water spray. It was an unpleasant experience to say the least. Perhaps add some grab bars to your normal rooms instead of the roll in shower as the only option.
