My family and I were visiting NYC for a quick getaway, and we decided to book here from a recommendation. We were so glad we did. First, the location was spectacular. Located a block from the Hudson River, you get a beautiful view of the NJ skyline. There is a park in between so great for an early or late day stroll. Fabulous vendors and restaurants located nearby. I enjoyed a famed NY bagel while walking the park. There is a high-end mall right next to the hotel for more options, and 9.11 memorial was 5 minutes away.

Second, when you enter the hotel it is gorgeous and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. We were upgraded to a 2 bed suite, and it was spacious and well designated. Stephanie from the front desk made check in nice and smooth. We had breakfast only at the hotel, and it looked like they were a little short staffed but still good service, and the food was tasty! I'm already trying to figure out a time just when my husband and I can come back!

We checked in and got in the room and we thought it was going to be a little uncomfortable because our daughter was going to sleep in the sofa bed so we call the front office and spoke with Miles office manager and within less than 10 minutes we where he upgraded us to a suite that we loved and Miles came up to make sure we were satisfied we definitely be back to The Conrad in our next trip to new York

I spent a few days at the Conrad and I was blown away by the the exceptional service across the board - starting from a very welcoming receptionist who speedily checked us in after our flight arrived late to the amazing staff in the restaurant, the sumptuous breakfast, the exceptionally diligent housekeepers and the concierge

The room is very spacious and has unmatched views of the Hudson River and it is a joy to wake up to these views or to wind down at sunset with the views of the river

All in all this was my best stay at the Conrad - I have been coming to this hotel for more than 5 years and I have never been disappointed
