Terrific stay. If you want to hit essentially midtown and below, this is perfect. Easy to get in and out of the city from here, walk to Tribeca or for most people Soho. Nice rooms, amenities. Real bonus is the staff, unbelievably nice. Miles the manager goes above and beyond, true professional.

Room had a living area and a bedroom, separated by a restroom area. This makes it MUCH larger than most rooms in Manhattan. On top of that, everything was clean, comfortable, and in great shape. Hotel restaurant had very good food. Location had plenty nearby, and easy access to subway, without the hassle of crowds closer to Times Square. Having the Hudson River Parkway across the street was a major benefit. Great stay.

Excellent service is when the manager anticipates your needs without having to ask. I am not going to go into the details because hate long reviews but Miles Gomez, the front office manager came to the rescue when I had a small party arranged at the Loopy Doopy Rooftop bar and they closed temporarily due to a weather issue. He immediately accommodated us at the lobby bar and kept us happy until the rooftop reopened. I have stayed in luxury hotels throughout the world but I have never had such good service from a manager. Keep up the excellent work! Also the Loopy Doopy in the summer is a must for their Ice Pop and Prosecco cocktails.

The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable and welcome during my stay here and felt that my needs were addressed above and beyond. Next time I am in New York, I am sure to stay here again, and I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Best experience ever! Beautiful room, hotel, gym and breakfast! Excellent location! Milles and Ruby did an excellent job with arranging our breakfast in time for an early morning flight! So much excellent care and service! Stunning views! Great water filtration and showers!
