Room had a living area and a bedroom, separated by a restroom area. This makes it MUCH larger than most rooms in Manhattan. On top of that, everything was clean, comfortable, and in great shape. Hotel restaurant had very good food. Location had plenty nearby, and easy access to subway, without the hassle of crowds closer to Times Square. Having the Hudson River Parkway across the street was a major benefit. Great stay.

Shout out to Manager

Excellent service is when the manager anticipates your needs without having to ask. I am not going to go into the details because hate long reviews but Miles Gomez, the front office manager came to the rescue when I had a small party arranged at the Loopy Doopy Rooftop bar and they closed temporarily due to a weather issue. He immediately accommodated us at the lobby bar and kept us happy until the rooftop reopened. I have stayed in luxury hotels throughout the world but I have never had such good service from a manager. Keep up the excellent work! Also the Loopy Doopy in the summer is a must for their Ice Pop and Prosecco cocktails.

LOVE

The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable and welcome during my stay here and felt that my needs were addressed above and beyond. Next time I am in New York, I am sure to stay here again, and I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Stunning and excellent

Best experience ever! Beautiful room, hotel, gym and breakfast! Excellent location! Milles and Ruby did an excellent job with arranging our breakfast in time for an early morning flight! So much excellent care and service! Stunning views! Great water filtration and showers!

One of the best experiences in my life

This was my first time in NYC and I was celebrating my birthday. I have no words to express my gratitude to the Amazing staff from Conrad NYC Downtown, Specially Ritchie. It turn out to be the best vacation I have had so far... Great Hotel with great service.

Beautiful hotel, location and hospitality service is 100%

This hotel is a gem in NYC. Great location, perhaps the best in today’s compared to Midtown hotels, where is very dirty. New property, well maintained, beds very comfortable and soft and hard enough to please everyone and inside atrium is very nice. Loved the all suite rooms, mine was a Corner Suite which highly recommended. Hilton did a great job with this Conrad property. Keep it up !

Room tip: Great beds, suites and location. Quiet.
