Clean, helpful staff, great hotel. Would stay again. Loved its location. Slap bang in Chinatown, a short walk, there’s little Italy. Lots to see and do. Dumpling shops, noodles, pasta, bakeries, the food choice is amazing. Loved the difference between midtown and Chinatown. More cultural, really interesting places to explore

They had the air conditioners off on the whole hotel assuming its cold. I was sweating all night. Horrible experience and the staff was not very helpful when i asked about it. The room has to be the the smallest hotel room i have ever stayed too.
Room tip: dont come in christmas.

Great price for Manhattan without giving up too much on quality. On the edge of Chinatown and a couple blocks from Little Italy, there are tons of shops, stores, and restaurants nearby. The staff is great. The room PH1 is top floor facing the park and WTC. Great views! The room is huge but bathroom is ave/small Outdated shower. g Great shower head and hot water. The PH room could use a sofa to fill up the space. Canal St metro stop is an easy 6-9 minute walk depending on which lines you need to go on. Definitely would stay again

Very clean and spacious room. The bathroom and shower were clean and spacious. Our room even had a balcony!
Great price without the frills Free Wi-Fi and coffee in room/lobby.
FYI...its the Camelot castle rising from a sketchy Forrest (neighborhood)
Room tip: 9 minute walk to subway. A little sketchy walk through chinatown.

Stayed 2 nights prior to our cruise. The room was a bit small but it was clean. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Great location in Chinatown next to little Italy, and about 10 minute walk to the subway, very pleased with our stay.

We loved our walkable access to SoHo, Little Italy, Chinatown, World Trade Center, Brooklyn Bridge. It was fun to walk through one area to get to the next. The staff was helpful and the rooms were clean. There was a park right across the street that added a peaceful and neighborhood atmosphere to the hotel.
Room tip: There is a parking garage right next door.
