The rooftop is closed for hotel guests in the evenings and rented out to maximize their benefits. The rooms underneath suffer from noise in the night. Our complaints were not taken care of and we did not get a different room. This is unacceptable. The cleaning stuff on the other hand was very friendly and very professional.

Beautiful hotel and amenities, the staff were friendly and prompt with all requests. The only downside to our stay was the fact that our tv/streaming capabilities were inoperable our entire stay. We were looking forward to evenings dining in and binge watching our favorite shows, and that couldn’t happen.

We planned a birthday weekend for my daughter and stayed at ModernHaus in Soho. Kristy at ModernHaus was beyond amazing. She was attentive to all of our needs including a bottle of bubbly for our birthday girl. the weekend went off without a hitch! ModernHaus was a beautiful hotel experience and Kristy (and the rest of the staff) were top notch professionals! We will definitely be back!
