Beautiful hotel and amenities, the staff were friendly and prompt with all requests. The only downside to our stay was the fact that our tv/streaming capabilities were inoperable our entire stay. We were looking forward to evenings dining in and binge watching our favorite shows, and that couldn’t happen.

The hotel was very clean and the view was amazing. Definitely will be coming back, thank you Allen for making this trip one to remember. No complaints on me end in regards to the room and the amenities, the service was timely and very good along with room service.
Room tip: Ask for Allen !

We planned a birthday weekend for my daughter and stayed at ModernHaus in Soho. Kristy at ModernHaus was beyond amazing. She was attentive to all of our needs including a bottle of bubbly for our birthday girl. the weekend went off without a hitch! ModernHaus was a beautiful hotel experience and Kristy (and the rest of the staff) were top notch professionals! We will definitely be back!

We were participating in the Five Boro Bike ride last weekend in NYC and wanted to stay in Soho. We were deciding between 2 hotels and our relatives recommended this one and boy are we glad we stayed here!! Beautiful modern hotel, gorgeous rooftop bar/ pool area, and comfortable rooms. But, the highlight was our experience with the staff. Everyone was terrific but, 2 women who work at reception - Caitlyn and Aly were shining stars!!! They upgraded our room to a higher floor, helped us with restaurants and navigating the subway and then when they heard about our bike tour they took customer service to the next level. We needed additional shower caps and latex gloves, due to the rainy cold forecast, and they had a packet ready with these goodies in our room the night before. And the next day, after being gone for over 8 hours, they had a beautiful fruit platter and sparkling water, delivered to our room with a lovely handwritten note of support. What an amazing treat!!! The hotel is truly a gem in the SoHo area. Everyone was warm and friendly. These two women did take customer service to the next level and made our stay one of the most memorable experiences. We look forward to our next time at ModernHaus!
