Great place to visit, plenty to see and learn about and pay respects. Remember this is a memorial with artifacts and expect to see so. Don't hesitate to visit. I didn't take many photos inside as didn't feel it appropriate.

A most respectful memorial to this event. For those who have never been to the towers you get a good idea of the strength of the buildings and what it took to destroy them. A true memorial to those who lost their lives and the spirit of NYC.

You need maybe 3hrs or more to see the whole thing, and it’s time we’ll spent. You’ll be educated AND touched emotionally. The special exhibitions hall is the place to go where the timeline and recordings of what happened are beautifully laid out - it’s a really powerful thing to see.

Incredible place. The museum has been built in the foundations of the original twin towers. There is an eery atmosphere but it's definitely worth a visit.
You could spend hours in the museum, the exhibitions are very poignant.
Would recommend, but probably not with small children.
Lots of people were taking selfies in front of the exhibitions though, which was very disrespectful.
