Excellent Hotel With Exceptional Staff that Exceeds All Expectations!!

Moxy NYC Chelsea is a Great Hotel with Exceptional Staff!! After a lengthly search for the best hotel to celebrate our daughter's 21st Birthday, the Moxy Chelsea was the perfect place that exceeded all expectations imagined! The hotel entrance is very misleading. A very simple lobby which leads upstairs to a beautifully designed dinner and bar area. The hotel rooms are small, immaculately cleaned retro styled rooms with tall ceilings and windows for a great city view. The rooftop bar turns into an exclusive upscale, nightclub that gives eclectic vibes. The nightclub provided party sections, top-notched beverages with all the extras needed for the perfect 21st birthday celebration! Thank you Moxy Chelsea, we could not have been more pleased! The following staff members, Manny, Jocelyne, Leslie, Brittany and Tristan were all beyond phenomenal!

Great stay - Excellent Location - Friendly staff

We stay for 5 day (2 originally planned + 3 extra day since we decided to stay in town) Lovely location, room was small, but very well decorated and just the right size not to feel to crowded. Only improvement could be to include some kind of minifridge to hold much needrs cool drinks for the season

Our stay with our 2 young boys was nice but we would like to mention Kevin specially because he was not only very helpful but also very kind for our boys. Playing with their ball, showing interest, helping with the wifi connection etc. Thank you Kevin! Keep on smiling

The Moxy Chelsea is DOPE!

Had a great time there. Actually, one of my favorite hotels now in NYC!! Room is modern, yet quaint. I did not have one problem. Hell, even the traffic was good while I was there! Rooms were fresh and they cleaned the room every day to the point that they looked like we just arrived. Great staff and all went well. Tristan and Karen were most excellent, with service beyond what was expected! Dope! Great people, personable and offered assistance whenever we needed or requested.

Great location.

Fast check-in and check-out. Rates were good and again, no complaints.

Stay there with confidence. Enjoy. Have fun in the city and chill.

Room tip: It was all good.

Gorgeous hotel with exceptional staff

I highly recommend this hotel. It was gorgeously decorated and very clean. The room was small but very cute and clean! The cafe downstairs had the best coffee with the best barista’s. The restaurant and bar had great food at a good price with the most friendly staff. It was also very conveniently located. I am definitely going back.
