Had a great time there. Actually, one of my favorite hotels now in NYC!! Room is modern, yet quaint. I did not have one problem. Hell, even the traffic was good while I was there! Rooms were fresh and they cleaned the room every day to the point that they looked like we just arrived. Great staff and all went well. Tristan and Karen were most excellent, with service beyond what was expected! Dope! Great people, personable and offered assistance whenever we needed or requested.

I highly recommend this hotel. It was gorgeously decorated and very clean. The room was small but very cute and clean! The cafe downstairs had the best coffee with the best barista’s. The restaurant and bar had great food at a good price with the most friendly staff. It was also very conveniently located. I am definitely going back.

When asked what my favorite part of visiting nyc was, I had a hard time answering because all I could think of was I did a darn good job picking the right hotel. First, the neighborhood felt very safe and situated close to penn station. The staff were very friendly and eager to help. They let us check our luggage in early. Our room was VERY comfortable with a great view of the empire state building. And honestly I could write poetry to the shower but that's because we live on well and the water pressure there was bliss and much needed in the July heat. It's a small room. It's nyc. But I felt all the little things to maximize functionality were great. It also turns out this hotel has a reputation as a destination spot for New Yorkers going out. The rooftop bar is nice, although it was not actually open to the air. There was live jazz one night and other events planned. The daily drink voucher was perfect for that night cap and latte in the morning. I also felt it showed great compassion to their employees to make sure they were getting consistent tips from guests. There are many restaurants surrounding the hotel but room service is also available.
