This hotel was the perfect start for our trip to New York and relaxing oasis amongst the chaos of the city. The rooms are beautiful with lots of amenities and we loved how all the non-alcoholic mini bar drinks and snacks were complimentary. Even though it gets busy outside the hotel in Soho, the rooms were extremely quiet. The overall vibe of the hotel was cool and chic. I somehow found it on arrival when seeing the security at the door which also made it feel safe. However, as the security aren't there 24/7 and you don't need a key to enter the elevator it would've felt a bit less safe if i was staying there solo which i would've been before my friend joined. We also thought it was a bit quirky/funny that our floor had a random chair near the elevator and were waiting for the day we'd see some random person sitting there who wasn't staying at the hotel and arrived after the security finished for the night as it's in a strange location and seemed a tad creepy (though probably practical for a reason unknown to us). Overall I'd stay here again as it's in an awesome location, has a good vibe and really walkable.

We stayed at The Mercer Hotel for one week. We were delighted with our accommodation and it was well equipped and kept very clean. The staff are amazing and we felt very well looked after.We had a loverly relaxing stay and are looking forward to our return visit next month.

L O V E this hotel, from the location to the service to the amenities, it’s just perfect!

My room was comfortable spacious, the beds are heaven, got in from a long flight and felt home right away. Bathrooms are lovely and great products. Food was good and overall atmosphere is just amazing

Drink a coffee in the all hotel only lobby makes you feel you’re part of something

All none alcoholic and food items in the minibar are free and many more little things that just make this place amazing
