The Arlo Nomad is a great hotel to stay at in New York without prices being ridiculous during peak seasons like Christmas time. The rooms are small but are clean and just what we needed. Staff was also very nice and accommodating including Anthony at the front desk! He was great and made us feel very welcome from the moment we checked in! Location is also great, close to koreatown which is a lot of fun and felt very safe.

Randy, Jamilah, and Jerome were very patient and helpful. This was my first time traveling alone so there were definitely some nerves involved. But they were so kind and accommodating. Couldn't have asked for a better experience at the front desk.

We cannot recommend the Arlo Nomad enough! We stayed here for our anniversary and had such a great experience. The team of Jamilah, Carlos, and Gary made our stay so welcoming & pleasant. They were so helpful & accommodating, and were so attentive to all our needs and questions. What really stood out for us was that after getting our Sky View Queen room on the first day, Jamilah said she could give us a room on a higher floor for the next night. The first room's view was already beautiful, but the view from the room on the higher floor was breathtaking. Her & her team really took the extra step to make our stay special.
The hotel is also located a couple of blocks from K-Town and within walking distance to so many restaurants and cafes. If you want to shop, Madison & Park Ave are right there and Soho is only a quick train ride away. The location isn't in the crowded, loud, touristy areas, but is still close enough to everything that you don't feel secluded. It's the perfect balance.

My stay was great for three reasons: Dorian, Jamilah, and Kyara.
The moment I came to the Hotel, Dorian was at the front desk to quickly help and get me checked in. Not only did he have quick recommendations on where to eat, but I also had to extend another night and unfortunately my room category was sold out. He continued to follow up until it became available and was very helpful finalizing. Jamilah and Kyara were always welcoming and really helped with my check out process.
Rooms were small but standard for NYC Hotels (Stayed in Essential King). Bed was comfortable and Bathroom was nice.
The lobby bar had some good food and decent drinks, and the staff there were also welcoming and good to spark up a conversation with.
Location is just off Broadway in NoMad, once of my favorite areas in NYC. My gym Equinox is down the street and good amount of places to grab a bite.

Decent location (for our plans) but I want to highlight two things: Room are incredibly small even by NYC standards and there is a $30+ daily urban fee which includes a $15 credit for dinner (only dinner) at the hotel (plus 2 cans of water, internet [could not connect reliably] - why, when you pay $300/night are you expected to pay another $30+ daily fee. No complimentary morning coffee and no coffee making facilities in the room.
