You can’t beat this view for this price point. The hotel is centrally located so it’s easy to walk to major sites like the Empire State Building, Time Square, and many museums. Also, Brianna was such a sweetheart at check-in; she made our experience so much better!

All employees were very pleasant, helpful and friendly.
We got everything, which we need directly:
- citi bike codes
- fresh towels
- access to roof top
- preparation of check in until room is ready including luggage storage during this time.

The place nearby empire state building is good and makes life easier. We went a lot around by bike/foot.

The Lobby Host Eduardo Bellmen helped us both times with our luggage, he was very fast, friendly and made out our arrival and departure very comfortable.

Two small negative points:
- the joints in the shower of the bathroom are in general not very clean anymore.
- we have eaten 3/4 times in the dinner - at one stay the dinner was more cold that hot.

I lived in New York for over 5 years and this was the first time staying at a hotel in New York. I appreciated David at the front desk finding a room with an incredible view. It changed my experience of staying at a hotel in New York and made my stay really great. I wish the rooftop bar was open but that may have been a blessing cuz the hotel was quiet. Finding a place to live/stay in New York is difficult but I’m glad I experience Arlo as a place I know I can book in the future with confidence.
