I stayed at the Arlo Hotel for a business trip.
We needed to add an extra room as soon as we arrived, and Anthony, the staff member who assisted me, was incredibly kind and helpful in arranging it. It was such a grateful and joyful experience for me. Since it’s a business trip, I was pretty nervous, but I’m thankful to both Arlo Hotel and Anthony for making sure everything went smoothly!

Keenan at the front desk was great , the views were amazing, staff was amazing , definitely recommend , roof top has best views, the food downstairs was great as well, close to everything! 10 minutes walking from MSG, 15 from time square, all the best foods

Great stay for New York. Rooms are small
But well appointed, clean and good view
Who needs a massive room in New York anyway?!
Staff was friendly and helpful. Especially our doorman Moises
We were walkable to much and loved the juice bar next door. We’ve stayed at other arlo locations and all seems to be consistently quality.

Wonderful Hotel and excellent service. The views are nice and the Hotel staff made the stay worth it. I stayed here for two days and Brianna the lobby host went above and beyond to accommodate my Husband and I. She was so kind and helpful. Moises the bellman was amazing as well. He was so helpful with our bags and recommendation for things in the area. I would recommend this place based off the staff alone, the views and room are a plus.

I've stayed at a few Arlo locations. Hands down NoMad this is one of my favorites. All the staff were super friendly and hospitable, especially the bellmen's: Eduardo and Moises. Look forward to staying there again! Views from the rooftop bar are awesome.
