This is a lovely hotel, the staff are all super helpful and friendly, decor is cool, great bar and diner on site and perfect location. The only thing is the rooms are tiny (which they make no secret of!) but it's a squish with two people and big cases. Very good value though - would return!

I had a great stay for my first visit at Arlo NoMad. Got an unexpected upgrade without even explaining that I was visiting for my birthday weekend. Jamilah was welcoming and attentive to all our needs during our entire stay. Got locked out the same day I arrived and she happily got me another. 100% recommend!

Shower curtain seemed weird and makeshift. Rest of the room wonderful and great nyc experience. Anthony at the front desk saved me.
Great diner downstairs as well. Lifts can take some time. I stayed on 21st floor and the views were great. Location perfect.

We were two older adults and two young adults at 18 and 21 years old, who stayed at Arlo Nomad early Aug 2024. We had a most wonderful stay. Perfect location, fantastic roof top area, friendly staff, perfect for commuting. All were just top of the pops :-)

Our stay was perfect. Special thanks to our lobby hosts Anthony and Jamilah for being such accommodating. We had problems with our luggages but everything went smooth thank to them. The room corresponded to its characteristics and we even get lucky to change ours.
Plus the hotel is very well located to visit Manhattan.
