Amazing stay for my first time in NYC! The entire staff was very welcoming. A special thank you to Anthony for being especially approachable for anything throughout my stay. I ended up extending and certainly intend on returning very soon!

Location is amazing! Kyara at the front desk hooked us up with an amazing room with a view of the Empire State 🤯 she was super sweet and welcoming. The overall vibe of the hotel is lovely, from the diner to the lounge on the second floor. And the ROOFTOP, holy crap. Super worth it. We’ll be back!

I had stayed here before and I wanted to come back for this quick trip to NYC. I got there late and tired and we had an issue with the room smelling like smoke, so right after seeing this we headed back to the front desk. I was getting ready to have to over explain and negotiate, but Carlos was an excellent representative for this hotel, immediately taking care of us and switching our rooms. It took less than five minutes and he was very nice and resourceful. I unfortunately forgot the name of the manager but I appreciate the experience and excellent customer service. the rest of the stay was great.
I did try to tip the valet and couldn't because nobody could break a 20 in the lobby or the cafe.

Nice place, clean, friendly and functional. The amusing comment would be the feeling that - as people over 60 - we felt like the oldest people in the building - whether as guests or staff and I doubt i saw anyone over 40. That tells you who they are aiming this ‘funky’ place at? The room was a ‘corner queen’ and it had great views and was very small. Only obvious minus might be that their towels could be with a renovation?

Anthony was so great help I might come back just to steal him. I also really appreciated Jamila’s help they both deserve a raise. They both deserve a raise. They definitely made my stay memorable and I will not forget them. Tell Anthony and Jamilah I hope of visit again soon.
