Anthony, Carlos, and Jez seriously deserve a raise after helping me out! They were beyond accommodating and made sure we were able to get the room upgrade we really wanted. Take my advice and book the King Sky View room if you want amazing views! They’re truly the best, I appreciate their help so so much!

Beautiful room with a great view! Anthony at the front desk was so nice and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom as well. Great location close to Korea town with lots of restaurants close by. In addition room was quiet as well.

This hotel's location is smack in the middle of alot, 1 street over there's Koreatown with amazing food, then there's the empires statebuliding almost across stree and there's the Madison Square Garden a few blocks away... 5'th and 6th, the buses are frequent and the whole area feels very safe. Now the hotel, the staff's cool and very helpful. The room was a bit small but who cares, we only stayed in to sleep. The water pressure from the shower was strong enough to put out a fire across the street! loved it. I def recommend this hotel for travelers!

Highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful views, friendly staff and clean facilities. The bellmen (Moises and Eduardo) were not only very professional and accommodating, but they also made me and my wife feel like VIP guest during our stay. Can’t wait to come back!
