The view was extraordinary, front desk upgraded me to a nice room. Service was great !!!Rooms were Clean !! The view was Great , with views of the Empire State Building!!Thanks to Anthony,Carlos and Tamilah for their much appreciated hospitality! Would highly recommend

Highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful views, friendly staff and clean facilities. The bellmen (Moises and Eduardo) were not only very professional and accommodating, but they also made me and my wife feel like VIP guest during our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Anthony at the front desk is very helpful and friendly, he went above and beyond to help with my stay. I extended my 1-night stay with Arlo to a week because of how great his service was. Kyara who helped me at night and with checkout was also great, very patient and knowledgeable, and she resolved a mistake on the statement smoothly.
The AC in the room was very loud.

Anthony was so friendly and helpful!!! I felt welcomed from the minute I showed up and he answered all my questions with care. The location was central and I found it easy to get to other places in the city. Room was on the small side but who comes to nyc to stay in a room!
